Important Conditions
-
No-Shows: Failure to arrive at the designated time and location for the start of your course will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
-
Medical Issues: If you are unable to participate due to a medical condition, you must provide a valid medical certificate signed by a doctor. In this case, we may offer a partial refund or allow you to reschedule based on availability, at our discretion.
-
Changes to Itinerary (Force Majeure): Galapagos diving operations are subject to conditions beyond our control, including weather, sea conditions, or official instructions from the Galapagos National Park authorities.
- If a dive is cancelled by the operator for safety reasons, we will prioritize rescheduling.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rated refund for the specific missed service will be issued.
-
Certification Requirements: It is the student’s responsibility to meet the medical and swimming requirements prior to the course. If a student is disqualified by an instructor during the course due to safety concerns or failure to meet performance requirements, no refund will be provided.
